- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
- Evaluate and optimize the sales process, identifying areas for improvement.
- Drive the development of new sales channels and markets.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs to the executive team.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles within the apparel industry, preferably children's apparel.
- Strong understanding of retail and wholesale sales channels.
