Responsibilities:
- Store visits for additional trend development and buying samples
- Prepare documents, samples, boards, and/ or swatches for meetings
- Uploading tech packs to vendors
- Tracking all development Samples
- Organizing lab dips and print submits
- Work with vendors and artists to keep projects running smoothly and on time
- Sourcing materials and trims from local market
- Assisting designer with their projects
- Liaise with production
- Assist teams with design development, purchasing production
- Coordinate with Designers to keep projects running smoothly and on time
- Provide excellent customer service
- Organizing design room
- Administrative tasks that are delegated
- Experience 1 year in fashion design or internships
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Reliable, hardworking, honest, and willing to help
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely detailed and organized
- Fluent in English
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
