We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial auditing, forecasting, financial analysis, tax, and private equity. The role requires proficiency in financial report interpretation, account reconciliation, GAAP, technical accounting, and general ledger accounting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting
- Perform account reconciliations
- Assist with tax preparation and audits
- Support in the preparation of financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
- Handle general ledger accounting tasks
- Provide insights on technical accounting matters
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Proven experience in financial auditing and analysis
- Familiarity with private equity processes is a plus
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and reporting requirement
- IND AS adoption and implementation
- Financial consolidation
- Finalacial monthly and quarterly closing
