SBM Management is searching for a Director of Change Management to join our team!
The Director of Change Management will lead the organizational change strategy for large-scale transformation initiatives. This role will drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure a seamless transition by developing and executing comprehensive change management plans. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in enterprise-wide technology implementations, stakeholder engagement, and training development. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a structured change management strategy for enterprise initiatives.
- Lead and manage the change management strategy and plan for the Workday implementation project.
- Collaborate with executives, HR, IT, and business leaders to align on change initiatives.
- Design and deliver training programs to ensure a seamless transition for all employees.
- Create and deliver change communication plans, ensuring clear and effective messaging at all organizational levels.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, making adjustments as necessary.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure the long-term success of transformation initiatives.
- Education and / or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10 years of experience in change management, with a strong focus on HRIS, ERP, or Workday implementations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformations and technology-driven change initiatives.
