SBM Management is searching for a Change Management Manager to join our team!
The Change Management Manager will support organizational change strategies for large-scale transformationinitiatives. This role will assist in driving adoption, minimizing resistance, and ensuring smooth transitions by developing and executing change management plans. The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise-wide technology implementations, stakeholder engagement, and training development. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing structured change management strategies for enterprise initiatives.
- Support the change management plan for the Workday implementation project.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, business leaders, and project teams to align on change initiatives.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to facilitate employee transitions.
- Develop and distribute change communications to ensure clear messaging across the organization.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of change management activities, making recommendations for improvements.
- Provide ongoing support to sustain long-term success of transformation efforts.
- Conduct needs analysis studies and confer with Subject Matter Experts to determine training needs and support training initiatives for SBM Corporate departments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 2 / System Adoption & Utilization Rate Measure the percentage of employees across Accounting, PR, HR, Legal, TA, Time & Attendance, and Payroll who successfully log in and complete required tasks in Workday within 90 days of go-live. Since Workday is the only system of record, adoption is defined as active usage for role-specific functions, such as processing payroll, approving time-off requests, or managing requisitions.Target : 90% usage rate within 3 months. Training Completion & Proficiency Score Track the percentage of employees who complete mandatory Workday training for their respective departments (Accounting, PR, HR, Legal, TA, Time & Attendance, Payroll). Proficiency is measured through post-training assessments, requiring a minimum 80% score to confirm understanding of system functions.Target : 95% training completion rate, 80% proficiency score. Stakeholder Satisfaction & System Effectiveness Collect feedback from department leads (Accounting, PR, HR, Legal, TA, Time & Attendance, Payroll) through post-implementation surveys. Assess satisfaction with training, system ease of use, and overall change management effectiveness.Target : 85% satisfaction score from stakeholders.
