SBM Management is searching for a Project Manager, Workday ! The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end migration of UKG to Workday across the SBM organization. The Workday PM will proactively plan project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, and track and report on progress. This role will collaborate with cross functional stakeholders including HR, Finance, IT, and executives to align project objectives with business needs, and will serve as primary point of contact for all project related communication and updates.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end migration of UKG to Workday, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Proactively plan project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, and track progress against them.
- Anticipate and address risks or challenges, providing timely resolutions to maintain project momentum.
- Leverage deep knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Time Tracking, and more) to guide the migration process.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure effective configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, Finance, IT, and executives, to align project objectives with business needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication and updates.
- Coordinate with Workday implementation partners and third-party vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Manage vendor deliverables, SLAs, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Provide cost analysis and reporting to leadership.
- Define project scope and manage changes effectively to avoid scope creep.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Prepare and deliver project updates, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership and executives.
- Communicate technical details in clear business language to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Compensation : $150,000 - $170,000 per year
