As SBP’s Client Services Manager, you will oversee all aspects of SBP Tampa’s Owner Occupied Rebuilding Program (OOR) that returns qualified homeowners into safe and secure housing after Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The Client Services Manager supervises a team of AmeriCorps members who provide high-quality case management services. The Manager ensures that the goals for the program are met while adhering to all funding and program requirements. The Manager also works closely with the construction and volunteer teams to ensure a steady queue of projects and volunteer-friendly work.

Responsibilities
- Implement overall goals and objectives for the SBP Tampa Client Services Department, commensurate with the Executive Director’s vision.
- Lead, develop and retain a team of 2-4 AmeriCorps members
- Review all client case files, ensuring that all approved clients have the documentation required to meet program criteria
- Maintain a client caseload as needed
- Conduct outreach that will encourage clients to apply to SBP Tampa’s OOR Program.
- Adhere to all program guidelines and contracts set forth by funding partners.
- Assist with the preparation of grant proposals and other fundraising materials.
- Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate electronic client records
- Provide initial and ongoing training for AmeriCorps members
- Provide additional support to Executive Director and the program as needed

Requirements
- Education & Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in Disaster Case Management or client services and management roles
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent written communication, oral communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail. Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Abilities: Ability to train AmeriCorps members
- Alignment: Passion for SBP’s mission and the resilience to work in fast-paced environments.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Flexibility: Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Compliance: Ability to pass a criminal background check. Valid Driver’s License
