Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced real estate photographer with a strong portfolio of interior, exterior, and architectural photography. The ideal candidate understands composition, lighting, and angles that highlight a property’s best features and create visually compelling listings.
Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality interior and exterior property photos that enhance online listings
- Deliver RAW files after each shoot—no editing required
- Work independently and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work
- Communicate effectively with clients and our team to ensure smooth project execution
- Payment is the same or next day
Requirements:
- 2 years of real estate photography experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing real estate and/or architectural photography
- Professional camera gear (full-frame DSLR or mirrorless, wide-angle lens, tripod, external flash)
- Ability to work on location in New York, NY and surrounding areas
- Reliable transportation for traveling to various property locations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with drone photography or videography (FAA certification is a plus)
- Experience in virtual tours / Matterport is a bonus
- Background in real estate marketing is a plus
