Position : Account Executive / Sales Representative Tech Sales

Location : Remote with 50-60% travel

SBS Corp is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business development and expanding existing client relationships. As a key member of our sales team, you'll deliver tailored technical solutions to clients and play a vital role in our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy & Business Development :

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth, including targeting new clients and nurturing existing accounts.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and targeted campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Engage with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities for our Managed IT Services.

  • Leverage existing relationships to expand opportunities and drive long-term success.
  • Act as a technical sales leader, guiding prospects and clients through the sales process.
  • Solution Delivery :
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the value, benefits, and unique differentiators of our services.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Solution Architects, Post-Sales) to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Proposals & Negotiations :
  • Develop proposals in collaboration with the pre-sales engineering team.

  • Work closely with clients to ensure proposals align with their technical and business needs.
  • Provide oversight and technical guidance throughout the proposal and sales process.
  • Collaboration & Technical Leadership :
  • Work alongside vendor partners and internal teams to stay current on emerging technologies and best practices.

  • Serve as the design authority for key accounts and advise clients on optimal technical solutions.
  • Manage customer demos and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to support decision-making.
  • End-to-End Account Management :
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement through to successful post-sales delivery.

  • Actively manage relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in B2B tech sales, preferably within Managed IT Services.
  • Strong understanding of technical solutions and the ability to communicate their value to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • A self-starter with the drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
