As a Paralegal where your expertise in medical records evaluation will be highly valued. We seek a detail-oriented professional with substantial paralegal experience, particularly in managing complex medical documentation and case preparation. In this role, you'll work closely with our attorneys, ensuring precision in case management and adherence to deadlines in Missouri and Illinois, both State and Federal Courts. Your ability to work independently, track billable hours, and maintain strong organizational skills will be essential. We offer a supportive, collaborative work environment where you can contribute to impactful legal work and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.Responsibilities : Review, organize, and summarize medical records relevant to cases.Draft legal documents, conduct research, and prepare evidence for trials.Work with attorneys and clients to gather information and develop case strategies.Organize and manage case files, track deadlines, and update case management systems.Prepare and file court documents, attend hearings, and assist with exhibits and presentations.Qualifications : Demonstrated expertise in evaluating medical records and supporting case preparation.Proven ability to work autonomously while managing deadlines and timely filing in State and Federal Courts, including Missouri and Illinois.Experience in accurately capturing billable hours and consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals.Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing case documents and legal procedures.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, clients, and team members.Role is 100% onsite, must be local to the St. Louis area.
