- Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and ranking.
- Oversee order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute online promotions, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
- Conduct A / B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance user experience.
- Manage online customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including revenue, ROI, and engagement.
