The “Silicon Valley” of the Southwest, also known as the “Silicon Desert” here in the Phoenix Metro area is entering into a never seen before growth period. SBT, the longest operating executive search firm within the semiconductor industry is fortunate enough to be at the core of this growth having been operating in Phoenix, AZ since 1989 recruiting the elite professionals that make up the fastest growing industry sector in the world. Because of this pace of growth within Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Advanced Node Manufacturing we are looking to add to our Associate program.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors Degree Preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in sales or recruiting in a highly professional setting.
- On Site at our North Phoenix HQ
