Kandi America is seeking a self-motivated and high energy technician to join our Electric Vehicles team. We are a fun company and working with automotive dealers nationwide. Kandi America is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: KNDI).
Key Responsibilities
- Anything & Everything: There will be a wide assortment of standard and not-so-standard tasks that you’ll be expected to complete, both inside and outside the typical service umbrella.
- Technical Support: Provide technical information and assistance to dealers, repair shops, or consumers.
- Parts Lookup: Help dealers, repair shops, or consumers locate correct part(s) from our web store.
- Product Improvement: Provide feedback and solution from existing issue(s) so the engineers can make product improvement.
- Warranty Claims: Process warranty claims submitted from dealers based on our policies and reimbursement schedule.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience repairing automotive.
- Gradated or certified by mechanical school or training.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
