As a part of our team, you will:
- Updating patient charts as needed with appropriate dept providers
- Utilizing SCHC Maps to schedule patients with correct NP in that assigned zip code.
- Ensure NPs have enough patients to be productive while making sure their drive times are efficient
- Verifying patients insurance eligibility and address prior to scheduling Checking patient’s balance prior to scheduling
- Schedule follow up appointments using ticklers that are created
- Communicating with NPs through Athena text, email and/or phones

- Bachelors Degree preferred
