What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician- Barnwell County locations position at SC Regional Housing Authority #3?
The ideal candidate will work in Barnwell County
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Must have prior experience in general maintenance for the upkeep of multi-family residential buildings and houses, and commercial property.
Participates in all maintenance projects, as instructed by Property Manager.
Performs minor electrical repairs on items, such as appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits,
Performs minor plumbing work, such as toilet and sink repairs, replacing fittings, etc.
Assists in replacing broken glass, tile carpet, screens, fixtures, appliances, and locks.
Assists in painting interior and exterior.
HVAC Knowledge required, HVAC experience desired.
Perform carpentry work such as, installing doors, repairing windows, replacing and building shelves.
Perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required
Assist in custodial work in apartments and common areas as needed.
Maintain grounds.
Other duties as assigned.
M-Thur ( 10- hour days) off, on Fri, Sat, Sun
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour
