We are looking for a highly motivated team leader to join our Milan operation as full-time Salaried Warehouse Operations Manager in Milan, IL.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices and logistics

Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment

Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse

Coordinate’s workflows of material processing to lead their team to productive and high levels of Quality.

Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management

Develop 360 communication with associates and peers to accomplish the strategy for an efficient operation.

Communication skills to train and assist associates with systems updates and data entry of process completion. .

Salary: $58,500.00 yearly salary with an opportunity for up to a 15% KPI yearly bonus
