Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Finance, Enterprise Services, this role will have financial responsibility for SCA's IT organization providing direct support to the CIO and IT Leadership team. Key responsibilities for this position include acting as an advisor to IT leadership to ensure alignment of budgetary decisions with strategic goals, lead standard FP&A processes for IT (budget/forecast/month end), manage capital planning process across all Support Service lanes and partner on implementation of the IT cloud roadmap.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Finance, Enterprise Services, this role will have financial responsibility for SCA's IT organization providing direct support to the CIO and IT Leadership team. Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted partner to IT leadership, focusing on budget optimization and identifying opportunities to maximize financial efficiency.
- Oversee the management and analysis of IT budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting each month. Deliver insights that support business growth and operational performance.
- Assemble presentations for quarterly forecasting and budget meetings, ensuring clear communication of financial status and future projections.
- Lead and facilitate the annual Capital planning process for IT and across Support Service lanes
- Provide regular insights and recommendations regarding the business trajectory, ensuring that the IT department remains financially agile and aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support the development and execution of SCA's cloud strategy and ensure financial support for the transition to cloud solutions.
- Build financial models and projections to inform decision-making and support ad hoc projects.
- Maintain strong communication with senior leadership and external stakeholders, helping to drive efficient processes that yield optimal financial outcomes.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years in accounting, finance operations or financial planning and analysis supporting IT organizations or in the Technology industry
- An undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Qualified candidate will be highly analytical, intellectually curious, with the proven ability to resolve difficult problems and influence a variety of stakeholders
- Consistently meets deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and manage conflicting priorities
- Executive presence to deliver financial results and provide financial advice with confidence
- Ability to self-start, problem solve and present opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
- Very proficient to expert level using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
