Responsibilities
- Drive Excellent Clinical Quality and effectively build and manage a team of high-performing clinicians to deliver excellent patient care
- Collaborate with physicians to meet patient needs and exceed patient expectations
- Manage center operations in compliance with regulatory requirements and accrediting body standards
- Lead and/or partner with Medical Executive Committee, Governing Body, and Board of Managers in developing clinical guidelines and implementing the center's response to the changing healthcare needs of the community
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience will be considered.
Years of Experience: The ideal candidate should have a minimum 3 years of clinical or healthcare experience and 7 years of ASC or surgical leadership
