Responsibilities
The Director of Practice Optimization will work closely with the VP of Practice Optimization and the Practice Services Group in the support of an independent specialist partnership strategy for the Specialty Practice Division. The focus of this individual will be to support the practice partnerships as a functional lane during diligence and integration as well as ongoing operational support on special projects, interim CEO and like assignments, leadership decisions and more.
A key component of the role will be a deep understanding of the needs and challenges facing most independent specialty groups including a deep understanding of practice operations, the value propositions and levers that Specialty Practice can bring to a practice, quickly assess the landscape and coordinate the appropriate internal and external resources to develop and validate those propositions and ultimately drive an actionable strategic plan in partnership with the practice and the practice operations team. This role will work very closely with the VP of Practice Optimization.
