Senior Teammate Relations Consultant
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Teammate Relations Consultant to join our team at SCA Health.
About the Job:
In this critical role, you will conduct end-to-end teammate investigations in accordance with SCAH policies and procedures. You will also implement all policies and compliance-related initiatives and tasks for SCA Health HR. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
- Investigating complex teammate relations issues.
- Mentoring TMR consultants to resolve employee relations matters.
- Providing recommendations on sensitive employee relations matters.
- Maintaining consistent approaches in policy interpretation.
- Identifying trends or hotspots for teammate relations issues.
- Developing and maintaining policy and compliance activities.
- Training and educating Human Resources colleagues.
- Improving processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior experience conducting sensitive investigations and resolving complex employee relations matters.
- Ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
