Patient Experience Representative

This role requires a compassionate individual who is committed to simplifying surgical care for all people. As a Senior Care Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering a personalized experience, resolving issues, and fostering relationships with patients throughout their care journey.

Main Objectives

  1. Develop strong relationships with patients and consistently meet outreach and engagement goals.
  2. Demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with patients experiencing challenges.
  3. Effectively communicate the value of SMS benefits and clearly explain the advantages of utilizing Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
  4. Proactively encourage patients to engage in proactive healthcare and schedule appointments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher education.
  • At least 3 years of customer service/sales experience.
  • Customer-centric focus with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Strong time management and task management skills.
