Patient Experience Representative
This role requires a compassionate individual who is committed to simplifying surgical care for all people. As a Senior Care Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering a personalized experience, resolving issues, and fostering relationships with patients throughout their care journey.
Main Objectives
- Develop strong relationships with patients and consistently meet outreach and engagement goals.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with patients experiencing challenges.
- Effectively communicate the value of SMS benefits and clearly explain the advantages of utilizing Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
- Proactively encourage patients to engage in proactive healthcare and schedule appointments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher education.
- At least 3 years of customer service/sales experience.
- Customer-centric focus with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Strong time management and task management skills.
