Summary

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at SCA Academy. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with our Christian values.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Assess and document children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to support the child's development.
• Incorporate various teaching strategies, including Montessori methods, to meet diverse learning needs.
• Encourage social skills and emotional growth through interactive activities.

Requirements
