Job Summary:
We are seeking a 3DX OCM Lead to drive the adoption of 3DExperience (3DX) PLM solutions across divisions. The role involves defining business requirements, developing adoption strategies, training users, and ensuring smooth integration of CAD, 3DX, and business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze 3DX requirements and align business processes.
- Develop and execute 3DX adoption and change management plans.
- Engage stakeholders for planning, data migration, training, and enablement.
- Communicate business impact, benefits, and change updates to key stakeholders.
- Deliver 3DX training programs to ensure user readiness.
- Assess organizational impact and implement mitigation strategies.
- Address resistance to adoption, ensuring alignment with business expectations.
- Create user scenarios for configuration and solution validation.
- Provide business-critical PLM support and resolve issues proactively.
- Oversee 3DX deployment, working with divisional super users.
- Support product launches and prioritize business needs.
- Track KPIs to measure 3DX adoption success.
Qualifications:
- Experience with PLM systems, 3DExperience (3DX), and CAD integration.
- Strong background in change management, stakeholder engagement, and training.
- Ability to analyze business processes and align them with 3DX solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
