Description:
This position reports to an Engineer within the Field Assurance Department.
This department is responsible for fielding and processing customer complaints about products.
The complaints may come from patients, and healthcare providers including physicians, nurses, or other healthcare staff.
This department investigates the root cause of failure from an engineering perspective.
This position will be responsible for helping to process customer complaints, aiding in the investigation of root cause analysis, and assisting with engineering activities including decontamination/processing returned medical devices, collecting data, analyzing data and preparing reports, and processing customer complaints.
This position will be responsible for working in a laboratory environment processing returned medical devices.
Proper usage of personal protective equipment and biohazard lab safety practices is essential.
Candidates will also assist the complaints department with the daily processing of electronic records related to those complaints.
Education:
Associates degree or two years of experience within a regulated industry.
Experience:
Preference for candidates with background in data entry, processing, analysis, with a high degree of accuracy.
