Who We Are
SCALE Healthcare, a health care consulting and services organization, is seeking to hire a driven and dynamic Vice President to join our Operations and Finance Consulting Team. SCALE is considering applicants with 6 years of progressive experience that are committed to producing high quality work. The VP of Consulting is responsible for leading consulting engagements including but not limited to the development of business plans, assessment of current forecasted performance and development and quantification of performance improvement opportunities.
Applicants should have strong financial, project/client management, communication and presentation skills. We are looking for someone that is honest, transparent, and professional, who is willing to look at the big picture as well as roll up their sleeves. Candidates should have strong organizational and analytical skills and work well as part of and leading teams. Healthcare experience is required, other relevant experience could include but is not limited to consulting, private equity, investment banking or health care delivery organizations.

What You'll Do
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work with the Office of CFO to develop project strategy including scope of work, projectsequencing, and recommendations while effectively managing the client relationships
- Think creatively to define and sequence assessment based upon client needs and identifiedscope of work
- Structure and execute on initiatives including development of analysis and schedules supporting the requirements stated in statement of work and drafting and presenting findings and reports to client
- Delegate and oversee associate project staff
- Critical thinker with Big-picture mindset to work with the broader SCALE teams to developimplement, and execute roadmaps for achieving client goals and
- Translate client needs into actionable strategies that deliver value, align with client’s strategies, and improve financial performance of the organization
- Coordinate and monitor status of project initiatives on an on-going basis
- Work with Managing Directors to lead engagement and strategy update meetings with client’s C-Suite, Board, and stakeholders
- Support holistic engagement execution
Manage a portfolio of projects
- Manage SCALE project teams to meet engagement specific needs
- Oversee project portfolio budget & team utilization.
- Work with Managing Director to analyze engagement strategy, execution status, and “wins”/challenges
- Assure accuracy and quality in all client deliverables
- Lead and monitor associate and analyst training
- Participate in team and project performance evaluation processes
- Participate in the on-going development and improvement of SCALE’s consulting service line and interaction/collaboration with SCALE divisions
What You Bring
Qualifications
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills with the ability to organize and assess large complex data sources using excel and pivot tables • 6 years of progressive experience in healthcare consulting, financial planning and analysis, private equity, or investment banking • Excellent communication written and oral communication skills
Knowledge• Familiarity with the financial challenges and opportunities facing healthcare organizations• Knowledge in financial software (SAS) and ERP systems having been involved with Implementation and/or reporting within an SAS environment.• Workday Adaptive Planning, Datarails, Tableau, Power BI, a plus
Education• Bachelor’s degree in finance, healthcare management or related field required. Master or MBA a plus
Location• Remote with 10-20% travel as needed
What We Offer
Position Salary:
up to $150-170k
