Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with organizational goals, utilizing market trends and consumer insights to enhance brand positioning and foster market expansion.
Brand Identity and Messaging
Define, maintain, and communicate a consistent brand identity across all platforms, crafting engaging narratives and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Integrated Marketing Execution
Plan and implement robust multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating with various teams to ensure aligned efforts in digital, social media, traditional advertising, and public relations.
Consumer Engagement and Innovation

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of brand marketing experience, with notable exposure to the prestige beauty industry.
Demonstrated ability in crafting and executing creative and effective marketing campaigns for brands exceeding $100M in revenue.
Proven success in collaborating across departments to drive successful go-to-market strategies.
Strong capacity to engage with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and divisional leaders on strategic initiatives.
Track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
Experience in leading and managing diverse, high-performing marketing teams.
