Role Overview
We are looking for a EVP of Sales to establish and lead revenue growth in the US. This is an equity-first, commission-based role designed for someone who can drive enterprise adoption, close deals, and scale a high-impact sales strategy. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Scalytics' AI framework.
- Own enterprise sales cycles, closing high-value deals in regulated industries.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level executives, AI teams, and strategic partners.
- Position Scalytics as the leading AI infrastructure provider for federated learning and AI agents.
- Drive investor engagement, contributing to fundraising efforts and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise tech sales, with a strong record of closing deals in F500.
- Deep understanding of federated learning, data security, and AI infrastructure.
- Ability to execute and adapt quickly, navigating enterprise sales and market shifts.
- Experience in fundraising or investor relations is a plus.
