We’re looking for a VP of Sales to drive our revenue growth, lead enterprise client acquisition, and expand our footprint in the HR and apprenticeship technology space. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role ideal for someone eager to shape the sales strategy of a scaling company. You’ll be on the front lines, engaging warm leads while also proactively pursuing new enterprise clients.
- Own and execute GoSprout’s B2B SaaS sales strategy, targeting workforce organizations, HR leaders, and enterprise clients.
- Lead business development by engaging warm leads, identifying new opportunities, and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and refine GoSprout’s sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and GoSprout’s value proposition.
- Drive revenue growth through enterprise partnerships and strategic account management.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team as the company scales.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HR tech or workforce solutions.
- 5 years of leadership experience in sales, business development, or revenue strategy.
- A strong hunter mentality—you thrive in closing deals and securing new partnerships.
- Enterprise sales expertise, with a track record of managing long sales cycles and engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, with the ability to adapt and build processes from the ground up.
- Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Passion for workforce development and apprenticeships is a plus.
