Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their commercial insurance needs, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive account management.
Account Management : Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date, accurate, and fulfills client requirements.
Policy Handling : Assist in the preparation and handling of policy documentation, from renewals to new applications, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Problem Solving : Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to client accounts promptly and effectively.
Relationship Building : Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty to Scalzo Zogby Wittig Inc.
Industry Knowledge : Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide clients with the most current advice and solutions.
Requirement
Licensing : Active New York State Insurance License is required, or the willingness to obtain one promptly.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or account management role, preferably within the insurance industry.
