Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and financial software.
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure proper recording of transactions.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation to verify account balances.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, for management review.
- Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation for audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Must understand and have strong experience in Quickbooks
- Need to provide monthly P&L statement and needs to calculate adjusted EBITDA
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial software applications.
- Familiarity with technical accounting concepts and corporate accounting practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Strong for account analysis and financial report writing.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
