Hospitality company on Long Island is seeking an Accounting Manager/Full Charge Bookkeeper.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting function, which includes accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting and payroll.
- Coordinates and executes the monthly/quarterly close process, ensuring all results are timely posted and fully analyzed.
- Generate and maintain various reports for facilitating financial analysis, budgeting, financial planning, balance score card and financial reporting.
- Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and analysis, along with financial presentations as needed
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 years of related accounting experience
- Direct experience in the hospitality industry required (restaurant or hotel experience)
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
