What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Operations Supervisor Manager position at Scapes Lawncare and Landscaping?
This is a full time foreman position. Hours: 7:30 am to schedule completion. Schedule: Monday through schedule completion. Available on Saturdays. Duties include but are not limited to: Job Tracking, Job Sales, Landscape Design, Crew Training (Operation, Maintenance, Safety, Technique, Logistics, and Performance), Job & Employee Evaluations, Material Ordering, Job Layout, . This is a position that requires a strong motivation for success with a high level of responsibility. Attention to detail, and the keen ability to problem solve are a must have to be successful in this position. Applicant must be able to efficiently manage their time. Valid drivers license required. Experience in commercial lawn care and landscaping is recommended but not required. Experience in management is recommended but not required.
