Key Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York
- 1-3 years' legal experience as an attorney
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, prepare documents, and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate proficiency in Lexis, Westlaw, Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent legal research, writing, and presentation skills
- Utmost discretion regarding sensitive company and confidential client information
Public and Education Support
- Arbitrate labor disputes and defend civil suits
- Advise and counsel school district administrators on education and municipal issues
- Research and prepare formal and informal memoranda on education and municipal issues
- Render day-to-day oral and written legal advice to District administrators and board members
- Support attorneys in preparing for hearings
Work Environment
Full-time, exempt position at our Little Falls, NJ office location
