- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and specifications
- Operating kitchen equipment, such as grills, ovens, and fryers, to cook and prepare food
- Ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Preparing ingredients and maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Monitoring inventory levels and notifying management when supplies are running low
- Communicating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient preparation of meals
