Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Operate phone systems to respond to calls, take reservations, and relay messages with excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in managing guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management or as a Front Desk Agent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to handle diverse customer needs effectively.
- Familiarity with phone systems and proficient phone etiquette is essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for enhancing guest relations.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus but can be learned on the job.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
