Preconstruction Manager
SCBodner Company is a Carmel, IN based company that has been in business for over 100 years. We are a family owned company that has been growing for the last 10 years and we are looking to expand our team. We are looking for a Preconstruction Manager who will be responsible for the management of all preconstruction activities and projects. This includes managing subcontractors, managing subcontractor submittals, scheduling subcontractor bids, and managing subcontractor schedules.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
·Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
·Must be able to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining deadlines and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
·Must be able to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining timelines and deadlines with efficiency
·Must be able to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining timelines and deadlines with efficiency
·Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
·Must have excellent organization skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
·Must have strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Word
·We are looking for someone who can work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
