21.43 to $22.83 per hour
Loan Servicing Specialist II Responsibilities :
Able to complete all Loan Servicing Specialist I duties as assigned.Take ownership of advanced member inquiries, review and analyze complex loan accounts, providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner and proposing effective solutions.Assist in the processing of loan modifications, extensions, and other servicing actions in compliance with regulatory guidelines.Perform GL reconciliations pertaining to Loan Servicing functions, identify discrepancies, and correct outages as needed.Actively participate and contribute to departmental process improvement initiatives and the implementation of changes in procedures and documentation to maintain compliance with evolving regulations.Conducts training of new Loan Servicing Specialist I Team Members, sharing knowledge and best practices.Communicate with members or internal stakeholders to gather information or provide updates on the status of Loan Servicing requests.Monitors loans for regulatory impact such as FCRA, SCRA, etc.Completes transactions on Team Member's accounts, as needed.Calculate and accurately explain accrued interest to members and internal Team Members.Collaborate with other departments to resolve intricate member concerns and provide in-depth solutions.Loan Servicing Specialist II Minimum Qualifications :
Education and Training :
High School diploma or equivalent is required.Prior Experience :
1-3 years prior experience in a loan servicing or equivalent industry is required.Schedule :
Full Time, 40 hours a week, during Department hours of operationMonday - Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm.
Flex Scheduling and Work From Home Hybrid options available.
