About the Role
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business data to support strategic decision-making and improve overall performance. This role requires expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting to uncover key trends and insights that enhance operational efficiencies and business outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to develop impactful reports, dashboards, and predictive models.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights : Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
- Dashboards & Reporting : Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and Amazon Quicksight.
- Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with business leaders to understand data needs and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
- Data Quality & Governance : Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability while maintaining governance best practices.
- Forecasting & Trend Analysis : Utilize statistical models and historical data to predict future business performance and risks.
- Process Improvement : Recommend enhancements to existing workflows and processes to optimize efficiency.
- Training & Documentation : Create user-friendly documentation and provide training on BI tools to support data-driven decision-making.
