POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent in this position is responsible for ensuring that revenue from tables games and slots are dropped and counted in compliance with the laws of the Iowa Racing & Gaming
Commission standards and company internal controls.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Handle large amounts of money, accounting for total funds received through drop.
- Perform all duties in a confidential manner
- Remove bill validator drop boxes from slot machines and replace with empty boxes.
- Load dropped bill validator boxes on cart and transport to the count room. Must be able to operate currency counter machines to count and strap currency from slot bill validator cash boxes, table game drop boxes and non-gaming revenue.
- Trace and match fills / credit slips from table game drop boxes to the daily report and document any discrepancies.
- Must be able to operate a currency counting machine and upload end of day totals to the Audit department.
- Empty drop boxes individually and in numerical order
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Computer input and 10-key experience preferred but not required. Previous experience in operating money counter / facer helpful. Qualifications are typically acquired through two months of on the job training, or through related experiences.
