Hiring Range: $27.62 to $36.83
Pay Range: $27.62 to $41.43
Grants Specialist II:
Hiring Range: $31.62 to $42.16
Pay Range: $31.62 to $47.43
Job Summary:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Grants Specialist is responsible for facilitating grant implementation, performance, and compliance of grants.
SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF’s geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF’s vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a field including Business or Public Health Administration, Health Administration, a social science; OR equivalent education and experience.
- Three (3) years of documented, progressive experience in managing grants.
Additional Qualifications for Grants Specialist II:
1. One (1) year of documented progressive experience in grants administration and management; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Grants Specialist I at SCF.
