Paralegal
Our client, a busy, growing law firm in Port Washington (northern Nassau county), is looking to add a full-time, detail-oriented paralegal to their onsite team.
As a part of this team, you will be assisting the attorneys with drafting letters and legal documents, managing caseloads, and communicating with clients and courts/relevant parties. Administratively, you will also help keep everything running and organized, from billing/invoicing to ensuring all “i’s” are dotted and “t’s” are crossed.
To be considered, you MUST be a paralegal working within a law firm, be an extremely efficient multi-tasker, and have superb organizational, communication and follow-up skills. Paralegal Certification preferred, but not required. Accountability is a must, along with MS Office proficiency. Experience with Clio, NYCEF and eCourts a plus.
Experience with residential Real Estate transactions AND/OR Trusts/Wills/Estates is highly preferred.
The salary range for this opportunity is $55k - $70k (based on experience), and includes a 401(k) w/ company match, profit sharing paid entirely by the firm, medical and dental, disability insurance, and 15 days paid time off per year.
