Automotive Sales Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Schaefer & Bierlein. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store appearance. Experience in automotive sales is preferred, but not required.

Duties

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and assist them with their shopping needs
- Demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers
- Maintain knowledge of products and services offered in the store
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior retail sales experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in a capacity
- Basic math skills
- Strong selling skills and ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
