About the Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Process Technician to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining our injection molding operations. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and troubleshooting injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- This is a third shift position from 11 PM to 7 AM, transitioning to a 7 PM to 7 AM schedule (2-2-3).

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and troubleshoot injection molding processes to ensure optimal performance, minimize scrap, and increase productivity.
Start up and adjust machines for maximum efficiency and output.
Perform injection mold changes according to the production schedule.
Set up and program auxiliary equipment, including robotic material handlers and injection mold machines.
Conduct insert and version changes to molds, ensuring accuracy of date codes.
Assist Maintenance Technicians in repairing machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment.
Inspect in-process and finished products to maintain quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
What We Require
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Technician in injection molding.
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.
Flexibility to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule and overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moderate to loud noise, moving machinery, and elevated workspaces.
Ability to stand for long periods, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, talk, see, and hear.
Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs.
