SCC is seeking a Senior Art Director to join our creative team! We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration and is passionate about creating compelling, visually appealing work that delivers impact. As a Senior Art Director, you’ll partner with a Senior Copywriter to be a brand steward, elevate the creative expression of brands, and bring big ideas to life across social, broadcast, and online video environments.
This role requires a strong eye for design, conceptual thinking, and the ability to craft innovative visual executions across a diverse range of clients. In addition to creating inspiring work, you should be confident presenting concepts to internal teams and clients in a compelling way.

Responsibilities
- Partner with a Senior Copywriter to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand strategies and engage target audiences across various mediums, including digital, social, content, and experiential.
- Lead the visual direction for campaigns, ensuring creative excellence and consistency across all deliverables.
- Understand input from Creative Directors and clients and apply feedback to creative executions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account, strategy, and production, to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Confidently present concepts and designs in client presentations, using storytelling to communicate the strategic value of your work.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client industries, their market environments, and the competitive landscape to inform creative strategies.
- Stay up to date on cultural and visual trends, leveraging insights to create relevant and cutting edge design work.
- Be agile and adaptable in response to changing client needs and deadlines.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant experience as an Art Director or Designer in an agency or similar creative environment
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual abilities, exceptional design skills, and experience developing ideas from concept to execution
- Strong collaborator with a positive mindset and growth mentality
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles, with the ability to produce work across multiple platforms and media
- Ability to connect with and create for diverse audiences, bringing a global perspective to your work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate your ideas clearly and effectively
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
