Scharmach Automotive Group (Tacoma MINI/BMW Northwest) has a rare opportunity available for the right candidate, we are seeking a friendly. highly motivated, results driven, professional Service Advisor with a proven successful track record in both Sales and Customer Satisfaction to join our team! We pay top dollar to top performers and daily cash incentives!  This position includes greeting clients in the drive, performing quality Walk Arounds, listening and acknowledging their needs, offering a scheduled maintenance menu with previously declined services all while setting proper expectations. Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly
• Perform quality Walk Arounds
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish follow up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order

• Compensation: $80,000-$180,000
