BMW Car Wash

As a Car Wash Staff Member at Scharmach Automotive Group, you will ensure customer vehicles are spotless and ready for delivery after service work. You will also prepare dealership-owned vehicles for the sales floor and customer delivery. This role offers opportunities to grow within the dealership, including pathways to positions in detailing, porter services, technician roles, and other career advancements.

We are hiring for both full and part time positions. This position pays $19.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean the exterior of vehicles using proper tools and techniques.
• Vacuum interior carpets and seats to ensure a spotless finish.
• Clean and detail tires and rims for a polished appearance.
• Safely move vehicles between the wash rack, dealership lots, and service areas.
• Collaborate with service advisors and shop staff to prepare vehicles for client delivery.
• Ensure every vehicle re-delivered to clients after service meets high cleanliness and presentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State drivers license with a clean DMV record.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays.
• Commitment to excellence and achieving results.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
