Key Responsibilities:
Customer Greeting:

Assist customers in locating the appropriate department or staff member, such as sales, service, or parts.
Provide basic information about the dealership's services, promotions, and products.
Cashier Duties:
Process customer payments for service, parts, and vehicle purchases accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the dealership's system.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries, either in person or over the phone, and direct them to the appropriate department.

Administrative Support:
