Overview:
The Ecommerce Paid Search Analyst will play a key role on the Ecommerce team that will focus on developing, managing, and optimizing paid media strategies for SCHEELS. This position will work with a variety of roles and departments to drive brand awareness and sales for all of SCHEELS.com.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale paid search and shopping campaigns across multiple ad platforms including but not limited to: Google Ads & Bing Ads
- Responsible for creating campaigns, writing effective ad copy, conducting keyword and competitor research, optimizing bids and modifiers, and optimizing product feeds
- Oversee and manage day-to-day decisions in regards to paid search and acquisition bids and budgets.
- Actively seek opportunities to increase traffic or conversion rates through analytic-driven recommendations.
- Identify, present, and execute opportunities for A/B testing to improve customer experience and return on ad spend.
- Stay current on digital marketing best practices, search engine advertising policies, search engine algorithm updates and industry-wide e-commerce trends.
- Collaborate on data collection capabilities to enable faster, more accurate, and more efficient reporting for multiple levels and areas of the company.
- Partner with internal teams to plan and execute strategies based on specific business needs.

Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Math, Statistics or related field. Experience with Google/Bing Ads preferred.
