Responsibilities:
- Execute the growth of the SCHEELS brand through social media by generating and building content that represents SCHEELS culture, product, and community involvement.
- Passion for hunting/fishing, sports and athletics with an interest in staying on-top of industry trends, current events and industry news.
- Active in hunting/fishing, sports and/or fashion.
- Ensure social media channels are growing in followers and engagement
- Research, create, schedule and respond to daily posts, videos, etc. on Facebook and Instagram.
- Collaborate with the team on the execution of SCHEELS Expert content and distribution across all marketing channels including Google Ad Strategy
- Understand and report on analytic data related to social media, both predictive and recapping
- Collaborate with others to create and execute social media promotions, contests, campaigns, and content management
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
- Excellent analytical, data analysis, creative and innovative abilities
- Experience with video editing software, including Adobe Suite.
- Assist in creating annual marketing campaign that promotes customer engagement with SCHEELS product and first-class in-store experiences.
- Lead, plan, and execute multiple SCHEELS events.
- Ability to manage an annual budget
- Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and problem solving skills.

Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field; 2-5 years of related experience: or equivalent combination of degree and experience.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
