We are seeking a creative and skilled Cabinet Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of design, exceptional technical ability, and a passion for crafting cabinetry solutions for residential homes. This is a full-time role with responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Design cabinetry solutions that enhance both functionality and aesthetics in our homes.
- Prepare detailed cabinet layouts, drawings, and 3D renderings using CAD software.
- Specify designs to ensure high-quality and cost-effective selections.
- Collaborate with our design team to align with project requirements.
- Provide technical support to the construction team to ensure successful cabinet installations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and design innovations.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in cabinetry design or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as 2020 Design.
- Strong design and visualization skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and cabinetry installation processes.
